A 50µ capillary film for use on coarse mesh counts. Capillex 50 is suitable for use with all solvent based and conventional UV inks. This product enables high quality prints to be produced quickly and consistently.

Mesh range: less than 100 up to 255

Formulated for use on the coarsest mesh counts, Capillex 80 is the logical choice for applications that require a thick controlled ink deposit, such as peelable masks, gaskets and printable adhesives.

Capillex 80 provides the fastest method of producing high quality prints from very coarse mesh counts. The superb solvent resistance enables Capillex 80 to be used with a wide range of inks. This product can also be multilaminated for the production of ultra thick stencils.

Mesh range: less than 100 to 155

Specifically formulated for ultra fine halftone and line printing, gives a controlled stencil profile over a wide mesh range from 305 and finer. Low stencil profile and optimised Rz gives superb dot reproduction and minimises skipping effects often seen when printing fine halftones with UV ink. CP can be used with conventional UV and solvent based inks.

CX is a revolutionary new stencil system formulated for demanding industrial applications such as conductive or resistive ink printing and other critical deposit applications. Unlike conventional capillary films, CX will consistently give the same low but controlled stencil profile over a wide mesh range from 150-255.
