Standard Ground Shipping (Within Contiguous USA):

All supplies on orders over $150 ship for free. Orders under $150 are charged per UPS shipping rates. Orders placed before 3pm local time typically ship the same day.
Additional Ground Shipping Options:
Multicraft, Inc. ships all orders the same day they are received. No additional fees on Stocked products.
Expedited Shipping Options:
UPS 2nd Day Air
2 Business Days. Orders ship same day if ordered before 2pm (local time). Available at UPS 2nd day air rates.
UPS Next Day Air
1 Business Day. Orders ship same day if ordered before 2pm (local time). Available at UPS next day air rates.
Freight Shipping (For Equipment and Packages):
Multicraft, Inc. ships most of our larger equipment and packages via freight truck line. Freight orders over 150 lbs ship with a flat rate charge per item (individual flat rates can be seen on each item). Freight orders typically ship out in 7-10 business days. You will receive freight tracking information and estimated delivery time once your order ships. Products that ship freight are noted on the product page.

Split Shipment & Backorders
95% of our product line is in stock at all locations. If an item is on backorder and we are not able to fill the order in a timely manner we will notify you to review your options for supplementary products or to inform you of the wait time.
Please check your email for your updated tracking numbers, you should receive an email tracking notification from UPS or Multicraft when your order ships. If you have a shipping or tracking question please send an inquiry to our support team.
Delivery Insurance Policy
Multicraft, Inc. defaults to our shipping service provider for guarantees on delivery, once it leaves our building it is out of our control and sometimes subject to extended circumstance delays such as weather. If you have a problem with an order please send an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return, Freight Damage and Replacement Policy:
Our goal is to ship all orders the same or next day after we receive your order. Multicraft warehouses have a 97% accuracy rate, however mistakes happen. If a shipping mistake occurs Multicraft will always correct the mistake at our cost and will re-ship using the same shipping method as the original order.
Multicraft, Inc. will immediately provide a UPS label to return the incorrect items. Unfortunately Multicraft, Inc. will charge your credit card for the materials and freight for the 2nd shipment, but will issue a complete credit for supplies and freight charges when the returned 1st shipment is received back to Multicraft, Inc.
CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDER.
This will help ensure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last minute rush situations. If an order is not inspected within 48 hours of receipt the customer will be responsible for any damages or mis-shipped products. Multicraft offers a 30 Day Limited Return Policy. This return policy applies to all of our products and equipment unless otherwise specified on a particular product or piece of equipment. (All returns must be authorized.)

Items that cannot be returned:
* Software/ Artwork, DVDs (any disc content) and Downloadable Content.
* Inkjet Printers
* Custom Pantone Matches
Returns are only accepted if a product has not been used, Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, return shipping charges are not the responsibility of the customer if the item being returned was damaged in transit, received in error or the incorrect item was shipped. Original shipping charges will not be refunded/credited. Customer must contact Multicraft, Inc. within 30 days of receiving a product if they desire to return it for a refund. All returns made after 30 days of receiving a product are ONLY eligible for in store credit. (All returns are subject to restocking fees.)
Due to processing, receiving and credit card fees a standard 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

* Name and address that the order was placed under.
* Your invoice or original order number.
* Reason for which you are requesting to return.
* Refund, Replacement or Exchange
Once this information is received we will issue you a return UPS label. The label will be emailed to you along with our return paper work. If you do not receive our email within 2 business days, please check your junk mail folder and notify us immediately. Once the return has been authorized, you will have 30 days to send back the return. If the return is not received within 30 days, the products will no longer be able to be returned.
Package your return carefully and apply the return UPS label on the top of the package. Please be careful to remove all old shipping labels. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur when your return is in transit back to our location. Additional restocking fees may apply if damage occurs.
